Black plays the ball to blue and sprints to receive pass.
Blue does short dribble and passes through white cones into path of Black who has as shot.
Red player is a defender who is live as soon as the pass is played by Blue
Blue joins black queue and vice versa.
Black is sprinting and not jogging.
Blue has to put the ball in his path without him having to slow down or go get it.
If Blue plays the pass to early, Red will get it.
If Blue plays the pass to late Black is off side
If Black takes too long to shoot, Red will tackle him
