Guards of The Gates

DESCRIPTION

Gates are spaced out on each side of the area.
4 guards on each side of the square guarding the gates.
Guard has the task of trying to tag attacking player. Progress to stealing the ball from attacker.
All other players will have a ball and will be moving around the area.
Players have to try and beat the guard by taking the ball past them.
If a player dribbles the ball through the gate, they will score a point.

Coaching Points

Looking around for position of guards and other players.
Using skills from previous exercise and changing direction when moving with the ball.
Teaming up with other players to try and confuse the guards.
