DESCRIPTION

In the diagram, the blue players dribble the ball into one base, turn then repeat to another as many times. The red players are taggers and have to tag as many dribblers. 

Progressions:

1. Competition - How many bases can the dribblers get in to.

2. Add taggers in the bases.

 

COACHING POINTS

- Change of speed.

- Get your body between the ball - shielding.

- Attack the space.

Q: Why is it important to dribble using different parts of the foot?

A: To become unpredictable to defenders.
