Split the field in three zones as shown in the image. Play 6v4 inside the grid with one GK and one JOKER inside the 2nd zone.
White players the attackers aim to play from the 1st zone and move to the 3rd zone the attacking zone where one player from the 2nd zone can join the attacker to play 2v2 and score. Except the midfielder no other player is allowed to exit his zone.
Change players positions every now and then.
