Each player has a ball at their feet. First group of 4 dribble towards the inner cone and cut to an outside cone. Get in the back of the line, repeat. Switch feet before each progression.

Size of the grid and progressions depend on the quality of your players. Adjust the distance to your players needs. If your players need work dribbling, you may want to shorten the distance as opposed to more advanced players who will benefit from dribbling further before that change in direction to the outside.
