DESCRIPTION

Give and go.

  • Cross position 12x12m.
  • 6 or more players
  • Two players with balls on the tops,
  • Play simultaneously or with one ball.
  1. A pass diagonal to D.
  2. D back pass to A and move behind the cone.
  3. A moves, receive the ball and plays D again.
  4. D plays to A(red)
  5. A goes to D and D goes to A(red).
  • The same from the other side.

COACHING POINTS

  1. All players moving and go to the ball
  2. A pass to D with the right foot and D with the left to the center.
  3. A can play D with one touch.
  4. Fast change position
  5. Change the side of the first pass to play with the other foot.
