Players will partner up with on in middle of 5x5 cones and 1 trailing cone. Cones will be numbered 1-2-3-4. First "server" will call out number which player will then move to and touch and hurry back to center. Players will stay on their toes and move quickly. Progression will be to send a good header back to server upon each motion back to center. Next progression will be move to cone, move to trail cone, receive pass and send back on run back to center.
