Players will be in groups of 4. Ball is played into the player attacking who receives back to goal and bounces back to the end man. They then look to receive the ball from the end player side on to pass into the far end to score a point. Players look to defend the opposition player, come away with the ball and then play from end to end themselves. If you complete and end to end play you keep the ball and look to go the other way.
