  • 2 cones across 3-4m gap
  • 1 attacking player on one side with the ball, 1 defending player on the other side
  • Attacker trying to get ball stopped at one cone or other without defender putting foot in
  • Stay on own side of line
  • Try to get defender off balance with feints and turns
  • Defender staying low, knees bent, weight on toes and watching the ball
