GK's will be in pairs. Each GK will take it in turns to complete the test, they will work for 1 minute each.
1 GK starts within the marked area, the other will be the serving also starting in the serving marked area.
The GK working will start lying on his side holding onto the ball like he has just made a save; The server will shout 'GO' and the GK will get up as quickly as he can for the server to serve a ball against the crazy catch for the GK to make a save. (Alternate Sides, left and right).
