3v3 Continuous Transition game. Two groups of players of 6 or more on each team. Redteam goes one diretion and blue team goes the other way. Each has three goalsto shoot at. BAll must be shot beforw the cones (Red shoot before the yellow cones and Yelloow shoots before the Blue cones. They play 3 v3. The shooter must run around the goal they shot at. ONce teh shot is off the next group of three players come on against the shooting team. The play now continues the other direction.
