An area of 30x45 marked in 6 15x15 squares. 1v1 in each zone and alternate supporting players outside the zones. Keeping possession is the function by playing to teammates in any square or outside. Players remain in their zones. Initially the outside receivers can only play back to their same colours. A progression is to allow the outside supporting players to pass diagonally.
Try to make the areas as big as possible, move to create space to receive. Check over shoulder for opposition player and teammates positions. Spatial awareness. Clear passing lines to teammates. Move to space early to be seen.
