The aim of the game is pass the ball into the end zone and control it.
Only one player is allowed in th end zone at a time. and players are not allowed to enter the zone that they are defending.
everytime a point is scored the player that passes it into the zone now stands in the end zone and player that recived the ball leaves.
if a team hasnt scored a point in a while then swap the players in the end zone to ensure that every player is involved in the session.
