Very good interactive coaching drills.

DESCRIPTION

  • Place 2 goals about 20 steps apart with a cone halfway between them
  • Split the kids into 2 groups and line each team next to the goals
  • On the coach's command the first peron in each team has to dribble around the cone then score in the goal
  • first one to score wins a point for their team

COACHING POINTS

  • dribble fast with head up
  • small touches close to the turn
  • shoot from distance
  • change the order of one team regularly so they don't race the same kid all the time
