Players are in threes, two shooters and one goalkeeper. Shooters are positioned on either side of a middle cone goal. Players will shoot at the goalkeeper, who will then turn and play the ball to the other shooter who will take a shot and vice versa. Switch over goalkeepers so everyone gets a turn in the middle.
