Very good interactive coaching drills.

DESCRIPTION

Kids start with foot on top of ball
Coach gives command "Start your engines" and kids roll the ball backwards and forwards making engine sounds
Coach then gives different commands
Red light = stop with foot on ball
Yellow light = dribble slowly
Green light = dribble fast
Dead possum = stop ball and lie on back waving legs in the air
U turn = change direction with drag back turn
Over take = stop ball and get a different one
Crash = kick ball at another kid's ball

COACHING POINTS

Keep the ball close
Small touches
Head up and scan th pitch
