I will ask for one goalkeeper and a range of defenders, I will then ask for a player to sit on the edge of the box while the rest of the performers line up. The first performer in the line will pass to the person on the edge of the box, then receiving the ball back to dribble into a 1 vs 2 situation where you have to beat the two players or try and get a shot off. There is a keeper in the goal to make it realistic.
