This drill introduces the attackers to try to dribble pass the defenders and making runs behind the defenders. It also introduces the proper way to defend 1 v 1 against an attacker e.g. body shape, positioning, awareness of danger and pressure.
The attacker has to stop the ball dead in the highlighted areas with yellow cones or the defender has to make a tackle and give the ball back to the next attacker.
After both defenders have defended once they will switch with 2 of the attackers so they can have a go at attacking vs a defender.
