DESCRIPTION

Level 1: Outside Hook and Inside Hook - Stationary Ball

Level 2: Outside Hook and Inside Hook - Moving Ball

Level 3: Cruyff Turn - Stationary Ball

Level 4: Cruyff Turn - Moving ball

Level 5: Players choice of turn vs a semi-passive defender

Coaching Points:

Players arrange feet quickly when about to turn (similar to the ladders)
Fake as if you are about to cross the ball
Get low down and a wide base when turning
Big touch and sprint to lose the defender
