6 - 7 Pass to the person standing on the outside cone. Sprint to the ladder, quick feet in and out of each rung. Sprint to 7 and receive the ball back.
Set this course twice and have 2 team race against each other to finish. TO increase the incentive to finish first and without any mistakes, you can implement punishments for not going round cones, through gates, etc e.g. push up's
