1. Coach will play a one-two with server 1.
2. When the ball come back to the coach, he/she will then direct the ball towards one of the goals first time
3. The keeper in the goal will try make a save.
4. After the save is made, server 2 will then have a long distance shot in the other goal.
5. If goalkeeper makes a save from server 2, the coach will be able to get the rebound, aiming for either goal.
1. Always stay on your toes, be aware of surrounding.
2. Make yourself big and make sure body position is correct.
3. Close down angle making it difficult for coach and server 2.
