Drill -
Players stand on each side, number themselves 1 to 6. When a number is called that number has to run through the gate then to the middle to get the ball. A 1v1 will then begin.
- Listen to the call
- Sprint through the gate
- Plan how to take somebody on before you run.
- Do everything at pace.
