DESCRIPTION

  • 7v7 + 2 GKs
  • Directional game with defending team defending 3 goals (1 big goals with GKs and 2 mini goals).
  • Team with the ball can score in either mini goal or opposition main goal.

COACHING POINTS

  • Focus on inside pressing, how to defend the wide spaces without leaving your central goal open.
  • Don't man mark the mini goals, but press inside agresively forcing the opposition central into where you have numbers.
  • Aggressive high pressing and quick counter pressing.
  • Ensuring positions to counter press when in possession but attempting risky passses.
