As players turn up they should have an area of 5mx5m marked by cones and follow these progressions:
Player 1 keepy uppies; 2 passing between each player 2 touches/1 touch etc; 3 triangle passing; 4 same triangle passing but follow ball after the pass; 5 pass to the outside of each cone and follow pass - change direction, head up, correct side foot technique
Whilst players are performing this task layout the next area in the first half of the pitch: multiple cones, same amount of balls as one team, equal amount of each bib if possible.
