Play starts with the Red player.
The red player pushes the ball forward
(approximately 1 metre) and then shoots for goal.
After the red player has taken his shot he then turns to play a 1-2 with the yellow player.
The yellow player plays the ball to the red player and then runs forward to receive it, after receiving the ball the yellow player shoots at goal using their left foot.
After the yellow player has taken his shot he then runs forward ready to receive a pass from the white player.
The white player now passes the ball to the yellow player out wide, after passing the ball the white player makes a run forward to the back post of the goal where he is ready for a cross pass from the yellow player.
The red player also has made a run forward to the front post in ready for a cross ball from the yellow player as well.
Once the exercise is completed the players re-group back to the start positions.

Variations:
Change to the other side to allow players to strike and cross the ball with their right foot.
