3 Teams in different coloured bibs. 12 outfield players is ideal. The area should be 25x35 (15-5-15 zones). 4 blues will keep possession in the top zone against 2 yellow. 2 yellow patrols the 5 meter middle zone and 4 reds are in the low zone. After a given number of passes the ball should be transferred to the low zone to the reds. The 2 central yellow players enter to press the red team and the two yellows from the top zone will recover in the central area. If the yellow players win possession they move into that zone and the team that lost possession will become the defenders .
Keep the area big and keep the ball moving into space. Sharp quality passing and rotating movement. Spatial awareness and quick decision making. The intensity should be maintained.
