=> Check to the green cone, come out to receive from the coach
=> Open out and dribble towards the far yellow cone
=> Do a turn (Outside hook/Inside Hook/Cruyff Turn) Pass the ball back to coach after getting to the yellow cone
=> Fast feet out the ladder, go round the 2 blue cones and do one two with the coach
=> Move to the white cone and open out and try to hit a green cones.
