1- Passing League
Everyone gets into pairs and stand on a cone either side.
1 minute to knock down the cone as many times as possible. Every time the cone is knocked down a point is scored.
2- Around the world
4 teams of 2. They chose who is numer 1 and numer 2. When their number is called they have to perform diffrent streches and actions. and come back to the cone and knock the ball over in the middle.
3- Golden Ball
Each team of 4 stands behind a cone. then have to number them selfs 1 to 4. 2 numbers get called and they both have to touch the ball before they knock down a cone. 1 cone= 1 point. When a golden vball is introducted it is worth 2 points.
