Start with 6-10 kids in a circle, and one player in the middle. Make sure the circle is wide enough so that everyone has room to pass the ball. The person in the middle (the piggy, or monkey) must try and intercept a pass and take possession of the ball. Whichever player has their pass intercepted will swap with the person in the middle. Start the drill with two-touch or three-touch play. This allows players to take one or two touches to control the ball, and then one touch to pass. If players find this too easy, change it to one-touch. This will separate those with great technique from those who still have work to do.
