run on to Ladder (High kness, both feet in each space)
run to white cones (right hand touch, left hand touch)
run to poles weave in and out
run to shooting box calling for pass one/ two touch then shoot.
Player then moves to the passing position, next player at red cones then starts.
Speed and Agility / co ordination and balance through obstacles, ensure correct actions.
Good call and positioning for shot.
