Player A starts this drill by making a 1 - 2 pass to player F. On receiving his back pass he plays a 1st time pass to player D who passes to player F forming a triangular passing pattern. Player D moves clockwise around the grid after he receives the ball back from player F. Player F moves to outside cone and Player A move into centre.
This Drill can be done with to groups at opposite side of grid at both times.
* Start drill slow using correct passing and receiving techniques.
* Inrease tempo as players are controling better.
* Checking away from cone to meet the ball.
