Players are divided into 2 teams
The attacking team (blue) start and the ball is played in to the 2 strikers
Once the ball is played in the 3rd player joins to create a 3V2 situation
Once a goal is scored or a shot is missed then they reverse roles and the defenders (reds) become the attackers
If the defending team can win the ball and play it to a coach then they get 2 points
Losing colour gets a forfeit!
