Red team vs Blue Team floaters

1. 4-4-2 vs 4-4-2 and still focusing on the blue team Back 4.

They can't go over the line, and they just have to sit back and defend. Try to force them out wide and stop the crosses. Back 4 should just look to stay on that spot as much as they can.
Once the ball goes into Red striker's feet, Blue midfielders cannot go over the line to help, only red players can go in and play against back back 4.

Floaters have to take more than 3 touches every time they receive the ball - Player receiving the ball from floater have to pass the ball one touch.

When blue players win the ball, they have to basically hit the channel ball but in the game shoot against the keeper.

2. Progression

I will place a cones in the middle of the pitch, for players to dribble round it. If they meet the cone, they have to dribble round the cone with outside foot.

3. 11vs 11
