excersise using the goal goalie has four stations to work on. Close Reaction handling, 2 Crosses to near post, 3/4 long range shots across goal and high/low diving saves. all can be done seperately sessions of their own, but are best done as one for a whole round improvement.
Drill two - jumping small hurdles to high diving saves. great for improving high saves and jumping in the air and getting your keepers confident with going to groud after the save.

recovery/reaction timings to each of the four stations
if working on one per session make sure there is some progression within the one you've decided to focus on.
