-All players start in the centre of the area. Coach has a number of different colour cones, each cone represents something different:
- Red: skipping
- Orange: 50% intensity jog
- Green: 70% intensity jog
- Blue: jump as in heading ball
- White: change direction
Coach raises cone to signal what players should undertake.
- Key is for players to always be aware so that they can respond as quickly and appropraitely as possible.
