The players stand in two circle in a 'clock-like' position with one player in the middle. The player in the middle has a ball and has to pass it and recieve it from each player. The two players in the middle of the two circles have to compete to see who can complete all of their passes quicker. As it is like a race they would be working at a fairly fast speed and therefore high intensity.
