Place goals back to back in centre of pitch with 3/4 feeders spaced around their own half on the outsides. These players cannot enter the pitch or cross the half way line. All 'inside' players from both sides must be in the same half. The reds shoot towards the goal in the half where their feeders are spaced around. If the blues win the ball they must switch the play to one of their feeders on the opposite side and all players must follow. Same happens if a goal is scored the ball starts on the opposite side.
If the ball is won, encourage a quick accurate switch of play.
Make use of the 8v4 when attacking.
Accurate shots are vital as if the target is missed the play switches to the other side.
