players will begin at the ladder placing one foot in each gap and then jump over th three hurdles running towards the centre of the football pitch. they will then weave through the cones and then proceed back through the ladder to the red set of cones wich are spaced out five meters of eachother. after running through the red cones the player will then do hurdle suicides.
the player must do as many laps possible within two minutes.
