Start with Keeper rolling ball to team mate, this team attcake to try and score a goal in opposite goal. if it breakswon the opposing team launches a counterttack. As soon as a goal is scored the attacking team retain possession, goalkeeper starts play and attcking team attacks opposite goal. The previous defendin team leave the pitch and the 5 players on the outside must quickily become the dfending team.
