Coach will pass ball through player's legs while player facing coach
When ball is through legs, player will turn, one touch on the ball and strike on net.
...one touch to outside making easier for solid contact and power.
...striking with laces or instep of your foot.
...when striking on net, pick your spots, do not shoot for the sake of shooting, shoot to score.
