Possession football 2vs1 teams (25mins)
Here teams are split into 3 teams, (blue, red, yellow) and play open possession. Drill is over numbered as it is 2 teams vs 1 with the 1 defending team working for 8 minutes. For example blue and red team vs yellow.
Each team has an 8 minute spell of defending.
Attacking teams

2. Body position - block off angles for attacking team to pass
