DESCRIPTION

  • The ball starts with the Goalkeeper who takes a goal kick that goes into the midfield area.
  • Midfielders are set up in a 1 - 2 triangle shape with the 1 winning the header and head it towards the two attacking midfielders who control the 2nd ball.
  • AM will lay the ball off to the pivot player who then plays a through pass to the attacking midfielder who spun off or drifted to the blind side of the defender.
  • The attacking midfielder plays the ball into the goalkeeper and then players reset.
  • Rotate Midfielders.
  • Add pressure with putting a defender that starts in front of the red team as shown.
