Attackers are only allowed to stay within 2 yards of their cone initially. The defenders have to move as a group to stop the attacking team from scoring a goal.
The coach will shout a cone colour and that play must move away from the cone, attempt to lose any marker, receive the ball and score. the running attacker may play as many passes with his players on teh cones as he likes but must stay within the arc. If he is tackled, the keeper saves or he misses the game is reset.
After 5 attempts at defending they become attackers and 3 new defenders are selected.
