Divide players into teams of 4
Designate a Midfield player on each team to wear a different color than the rest on each team
Each team will have 2 strikers and 1 defender - the strikers may not play in the defensive end and the defenders may not play in the attacking end

Coach begins play by sending ball into the pitch
Play continues until a goal is scored or ball is played out of the pitch
Teams may not shoot on goal until there has been 2 consecutive passes once entered the attacking end
Play teams for 5 minute games rotating out the losing team first and if the winning team wins again the 2 losing sides play eachother
