Session 1

Match Day Warm up

Fitness

  • Run between top cones
  • groups of 3 run,layoff,knock back run to opposite player
  • x2 agility sticks in the middle

Pressing

  • Still working in top half
  • 3v2 enthisis on 2 re gaining posession quickly
  • Gain and attack
  • triggers

Game

  • Push cones out at top half
  • Bring pop goals to 18 yard box
  • 8v8 pressing in groups of 3
