DESCRIPTION

Set field up in a square 20mx20m with a goal at either end.

Spilt the team into half with 6 in bibs.

Tell the team to use all their knowledge of the skills they've learnt already to perform them in this drill. Tell the players that in this game they need to work at a high intensity rate, to work on fitness.

Ask the players if they have any questions.

The drill will run for 3x8mins with a 2 minute break inbetween, losing team has to do 1min hovers and get all the gear in.

Encourage players to:

  • Win the ball back as soon as lost
  • Keep possession
  • Create goal scoring opportunities
