This is the cardio burst drill for this cardio futsal session. Have 2 agility ladders parallel to each other a couple of meters apart
After each drill, the players start at one agility ladder and have each run through it making sure each foot lands in each section of the ladder. then after the player has done that they run to the row of cones they then face towards the end of the row and weave between the cones while always facing the same way. lastly, the player runs to the second agility ladder and repeats what they did with the first ladder. continue until everyone has finished.
