Set-up: pairs, one ball (tennis ball if there are no gloves), stumps. Use full gear is using cricket ball.
Goal: Keeper moves up with ball as it pitches. First movement is with the bum.
Drill:
Initial stance - Low, gloves ready near ground.
Move up with the ball as it pitches, bum first.
Side step to receive ball.
