- THROW DOWN WITH SIDE ARM

- this time i will feed the balls using over arm throw to him, he can choose where he want play, if he pick ball correctly he can hit into the gap

30 MINUTES

MATCH SITUATION

- player has a 05 overs, he needs to chase 22 runs target, one day rules, if he out 04 runs will mines coach will talk with him over by over to clarify his plan

10 MINUTES

- WARM DOWN AND DEBRIEF

- relax the body using drills

- discuss with the player about the session and getting ideas from him
