DESCRIPTION

Description

The hands are closer to the chest and are randomly in line with the legs motion (Either jogging or running with full pace), Head and upper body bending towards the line of the ball to deliver, easy small steps to maintain the Rhythm and not to get exhausted.

Coaching Points

1. Ensure that the seam remains upright.

2. Make use of Elastic bands to add resistance to improve leg drive and momentum.

3. Ensure Straight Running Lines throughout the action

4. The net and cones provide Visual Lines , in order to maintain a straight line

5. Add hurdles in the run up which can be executed in Jog or Full Pace run up

6. The Hurdles force the knee to drive in a straight line

7. Keep cones for the follow through to be in a straight line after delivery.
